Refund Policy

Returns

if you want to return or exchange your item, no problem. you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your order. to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it and must include all original packaging.

for hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products, serums, led masks, eye masks, and facial tools must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

if approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider. most refunds appear within 5 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 14 days.

Exchanges

we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@lumzra.com to begin the exchange process.

Gifts

if the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return. once the return is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

if the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

customers are responsible for return shipping costs. return shipping fees are non-refundable.

if you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

if returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

Cancelling your order

to cancel an order, contact info@lumzra.com as soon as possible. we will try our best to cancel before the order is packed or shipped, but cancellations are not always possible due to fast warehouse processing.
