60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window for eligible Lumzra products.
Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.

To begin your return, please contact our support team at info@lumzra.com.
Approved items must be shipped back — and in transit to our warehouse — within 14 days of receiving your return confirmation.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
    Please use a trackable shipping method. Lumzra is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

  • Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories and instructions, in good condition and without excessive wear.
    Missing or damaged components may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

  • All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our return requirements.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Special Conditions

  • Opened or used topical items (creams, serums, masks, etc.) are not eligible for return.
    Only unopened items in their original packaging qualify.

2-Year Limited Warranty

All Lumzra purchases from lumzra.com or authorized retailers include a 2-year limited warranty.
To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase.

Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, it is non-refundable.
However, we will send a replacement.
A secure, updated shipping address with signature confirmation is required for reshipment.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Accidental or intentional damage.

  • Products transferred to a third party after the original purchase.

If a product has been discontinued, Lumzra will replace it with the closest available model or issue store credit.
In case of dispute, Lumzra reserves the right to make the final decision.
